Our owned warehouse in Ras Al Khor, Dubai is open to merchant visits by appointment. Almost every seller we onboard tours the facility before signing; the visit settles more questions in 45 minutes than a week of email. The page below covers the location, how to book, what to bring, what you can see, and how to find us.

How to visit
Section titled “How to visit”By appointment. Coordinate via WhatsApp or email with two or three time options. Tours typically run 45 minutes; longer for sellers who want to walk through specific operational details (FBA prep flow, freight unloading, COD cashier room).
Most visits are scheduled during business hours Monday through Thursday. Saturday slots are available on request when weekday calendars do not align.
What to bring

- Emirates ID for residents, or passport for visitors. We log every visitor at the security gate.
- Any inbound shipment details if the visit ties to specific cargo (PO number, supplier reference, expected dates).
If you are bringing a buyer, an auditor, or a financing partner along, flag it ahead so we can clear them at the gate without delay.
What you can see
Section titled “What you can see”Operational floor by arrangement. The standard visit covers:
- Receiving and inbound. Where stock lands, the GRN process, the photographing-on-arrival step.
- Storage zones. Pallet, shelf, and cbm storage in the same building so you can see the unit choice in physical context.
- Pick and pack lines. The bin-scan flow, the QA bench, the photo-at-pack capture.
- Dispatch dock. Where parcels stage for the driver hand-off.
- COD cashier room. Where end-of-shift reconciliation happens.
For sellers in specific categories (cold-chain, regulated, oversized), we tailor the route to the relevant operational areas. Tell us upfront what you want to see and we will plan accordingly.
Address and directions

Coordinate with the team for the exact pin and the gate access on the day of your visit; the area has multiple entry points and the routing depends on which one we are using that week.
