Last-mile delivery

We deliver across all seven Emirates with our own driver fleet operating out of Ras Al Khor. Same-day to most of Dubai, next-day to the rest of the UAE for orders placed before the 14:00 cut-off.

Flat full-service rate, anywhere in the UAE:

AED 29 per order

Standard delivery windows by Emirate:

  • Dubai: Same-day or next-day
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi city: Next-day
  • Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain: Two-day
  • Remote islands (Sir Bani Yas, Delma): three to five days via sub-contracted lanes

For sellers who arrange their own courier pickup, prep-only is also available:

AED 3 per order

Per-order rates may shift at scale. See Last-mile delivery rates for the full matrix and surcharges.

Sellers usually weigh us against Emirates Post, Aramex, Fetchr, and a handful of regional carriers.

  • Versus Emirates Post: Faster on Dubai-to-Sharjah corridor (we run dedicated routes; Empost batches). More expensive per parcel. Better COD reconciliation.
  • Versus Aramex: Comparable on speed inside Dubai. More flexible on COD collection thresholds. We do not surcharge for remote zones the way Aramex does.
  • Versus a marketplace’s own delivery (Noon Now, Amazon AMZL): Cheaper for the seller, but their fulfilment requires you to send stock to their warehouse. SamVertex keeps stock under your control.
  • Tracking page is sent on dispatch (SMS + email). Shows live driver location once out for delivery.
  • Up to 3 delivery attempts at no extra cost. After the third failed attempt, the parcel is returned to our warehouse and a return fee applies.
  • Window selection. Buyers can reschedule once via the tracking page.
  • WhatsApp contact. Driver pings the buyer 15 minutes before arrival.

If the order is COD, the driver collects, scans the buyer ID at handover (where required by the seller), and reconciles cash to our cashier the same day. See Cash on Delivery and Reconciliation.

Some addresses are difficult or off-limits to our fleet:

  • Free zones with restricted access (DAFZA after hours, certain JAFZA zones)
  • Camps and worker accommodation without a clear delivery point may need a contact on site
  • Remote islands (Sir Bani Yas, Delma): handled by sub-contracted carriers, with extra lead time
