Other platforms
Three paths cover everything that is not Shopify, Noon, or Amazon: order entry through your SamVertex account, CSV upload for batches, or API access for technical teams. The fulfilment side (pick, pack, dispatch, COD reconciliation) works identically regardless of how the order entered the system. Monthly AED invoicing, no contracts, no minimums apply on every path.
What we support today
Section titled “What we support today”- WooCommerce. Today via manual orders and CSV upload exported from WooCommerce. Native connector on the roadmap.
- Salla. Same path: manual orders or CSV upload from Salla’s order export.
- Zid. Same path: manual orders or CSV upload from Zid’s order export.
- Custom DTC sites. Bespoke storefronts on Webflow, Wix, custom Next.js, or anything else. Manual orders or CSV upload work today; API access is the cleaner path for technical teams.
- B2B portals. Wholesale and retailer-facing portals that you operate. Same paths.
- Off-platform sales. Influencer drops, pop-up events, internal transfers, sample shipments. Manual orders.
What is on the roadmap
Section titled “What is on the roadmap”We add native integrations based on customer demand. If you sell on a platform not listed above and want to push for a native connector, tell your account manager. Demand drives priority. We keep the roadmap private rather than published because shipping dates on integrations move based on the platform’s own API stability and our staffing.
Custom API access
Section titled “Custom API access”For sellers running their own ERP or a custom platform with a development team:
- REST API endpoints for order creation, status retrieval, inventory snapshots, COD ledger queries.
- Webhooks for fulfilment status changes, COD reconciliation events, and inventory updates.
- Authentication via API keys provisioned by your account manager.
- Sandbox environment available for integration testing before going live.
- Documentation shared per account once API access is provisioned.
API access is included in your standard pricing; no separate API tier or per-call fee. Talk to your account manager to provision keys and get the documentation.
How to integrate without a native app
Section titled “How to integrate without a native app”Three paths, pick the one that matches your team and volume.
- CSV upload. Best for batches: end-of-day order export from your platform, upload once, fulfil. Good for sub-100-orders-per-day scale and for B2B. See manual orders for the template detail.
- Manual order entry. Best for one-offs: drop the order into your SamVertex account by hand. Takes about 30 seconds per order once you know the form.
- API integration. Best for live sync at scale: your platform calls our endpoints when an order is paid, our system fires webhooks back as fulfilment progresses. Needs developer time once; runs hands-off after.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”- Do I need a developer for CSV upload? No. The template is a standard CSV; any spreadsheet tool works.
- Will manual or CSV orders flow through the same lifecycle as Shopify orders? Yes. Same pick, pack, dispatch, COD reconciliation, photo proof, tracking page. See order lifecycle.
- Can I switch from manual to API later? Yes. The fulfilment side does not care how orders entered. Switch when your volume justifies developer time on the integration.
- Is there a per-order fee for using the API? No. API access is included.
