Send us a few inputs and you will have a custom quote back in your inbox the same business day. No contracts to sign before you start, no minimums to commit to, monthly AED invoicing once you go live. Most sellers are quoted, onboarded, and dispatching their first orders inside two weeks.

Five inputs are enough for a real quote. The more accurate these are, the closer the first number is to your steady-state.

  • Channels you sell on. Shopify, Noon, Amazon, your own site, marketplaces in other GCC countries, B2B wholesale, anything else.
  • Monthly order volume. A realistic average plus your peak month if it is meaningfully higher.
  • Primary delivery lanes. Which Emirates dominate your volume? Dubai-heavy, Abu Dhabi-heavy, evenly spread, mostly Sharjah/Ajman, etc.
  • COD share of orders. What percent of orders are Cash on Delivery versus prepaid? COD share materially shapes the per-order economics.
  • Storage needs. A rough sense in pallets, shelves, or cubic metres; how many SKUs and how big a typical SKU is.

Three more inputs help us tighten the quote and flag anything unusual upfront.

  • Fragile or hazardous goods. Glass, electronics with delicate displays, anything DG-classed, anything in the restricted items list.
  • Average order weight and dimensions. Helps us land on the right weight band for the delivery rates, especially if you have a wide product mix.
  • Current 3PL pain points. What is breaking with your existing setup? COD reconciliation, return rates, inbound delays, integration limitations? Knowing the pain helps us either fix it on the quote or tell you straight if we cannot.

  1. Same-business-day response. We acknowledge inside hours and send a first-draft rate sheet by close of business, sometimes inside an hour.
  2. Discovery call. A 30-minute call with your account manager and our ops lead to walk through the quote, sanity-check the volumes, and answer any questions. Held on WhatsApp call, Google Meet, or in person at our warehouse.
  3. Warehouse tour, if you want. Most sellers visit Ras Al Khor before signing. Tour takes about 45 minutes; we will walk you through inbound, storage, pick-and-pack, dispatch, and the COD cashier room.
  4. Contract-free start with monthly invoicing. Sign the standard service agreement, send your inbound stock, and you are live. First monthly invoice ships at month-end with every line itemised. The full path is in onboarding checklist.

Five rate buckets on every quote. If a category does not apply to you (no freight, no COD), the quote will say so explicitly so there is no ambiguity later.

  • Per-order fulfilment rates. Pick, pack, label, and dispatch, scaled by your average order shape.
  • Storage rates. Per CBM (dry or climate-controlled), with pallet or shelf alternatives on quote. Receiving inbound stock is included, no separate line.
  • COD handling. Per-order COD fee with the cap percent on high-AOV orders, plus the payout cycle.
  • Returns. Per-return collection from the buyer’s door. Inspection and restock are included; disposal is handled case by case.
  • Freight from China, if applicable. Sea LCL, sea FCL, air, plus customs and duties pass-through, plus optional insurance.
