Air freight from China
When you need stock in your warehouse in days rather than weeks, air freight is the answer. We run regular air consolidations from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong into Dubai International with customs cleared and trucked to our Ras Al Khor warehouse. 12+ years of UAE clearance experience means your cargo does not sit at DXB waiting for paperwork.
What is included
Section titled “What is included”- Origin pickup or supplier drop at our Guangzhou consolidation facility.
- Air freight booking on regular or express schedules from Shenzhen (SZX), Guangzhou (CAN), Shanghai Pudong (PVG), or Hong Kong (HKG).
- Customs clearance at Dubai International with broker work, entry filing, and release coordination. See customs.
- Trucking from DXB to our Ras Al Khor warehouse so cargo lands as live inventory. See warehousing.
- Live milestones in your account from “received at origin” through “loaded on aircraft” through “arrived UAE”.
- Documents handled centrally: airway bill, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin where needed.
- Cargo insurance available on every shipment, optional but worth the small percentage on high-value air loads.
How an air shipment works
Section titled “How an air shipment works”- Quote and booking. You share supplier address, cargo-ready date, dimensions, weight, HS codes if known. We quote standard or express air and book space.
- Pickup or supplier drop at Guangzhou. Cargo arrives at our Guangzhou facility, weighed, photographed, and prepared for loading.
- Loading and flight. Airway bill issued. Standard freighters or belly-cargo flights depending on the lane.
- In transit. 5 to 10 days door to door for standard; 3 to 5 days for express on dedicated lanes from Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
- Customs clearance at Dubai International. Our broker files the entry; duties and 5% VAT are paid on your behalf and passed through at cost.
- Trucked to Ras Al Khor. Cleared cargo lands at our warehouse and goes live as inventory.
Standard versus express

- Standard air. 5 to 10 days door to door. Fits launches, replenishment of best-sellers that sold faster than your sea PO, and small high-AOV shipments.
- Express air. 3 to 5 days door to door on dedicated lanes from Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Fits emergency replenishment mid-promotion, sample shipments ahead of a launch, and time-critical FBA inbounds.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Headline rate per kilogram:
AED 35 per kgA minimum charge applies on small air shipments to cover fixed booking, handling, and clearance fees. Air freight is billed on chargeable weight, which is the greater of actual gross weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm divided by 6,000 for standard, or 5,000 for express). Quote stage shows both numbers so the chargeable basis is never a surprise. Customs clearance at DXB is a separate line; duties and 5% VAT pass through at the actual amount Customs charges. Best fit for air freight

Hazardous goods on air
Section titled “Hazardous goods on air”Air DG is tighter than sea DG. We support most non-restricted IATA classes with proper documentation and packaging. Several classes (most lithium configurations, certain aerosols, oxidisers) are restricted or off-limits regardless of fee. Always disclose DG content upfront; never ship DG hidden inside a regular consignment. See restricted items.
